2011 Senior Representative Contract & Application

As a student senior representative of Audrey Litfin Photography, you will receive 2 free portrait sessions (a

value of $200) as well as a proof book of approximately 25-30 of a variety of poses which you can show to

all of your friends. You will also be given a set of Senior Rep Referral Cards that entitle your classmates to a

10% discount off their portrait orders. Only one person from each school will be chosen to participate.

Applications are due by June 1, 2011.

YOUR PHOTO SESSION

Your sessions will be fun experiences that are meant to show your own style. Don’t forget about your

hobbies and interests both in and out of school. We are only limited by your creativity. I love textures,

colors, fun accessories, etc. We’ll plan for multiple clothing changes so bring a big variety of outfits and we

can go through them together.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

I will call you about one-two weeks after your 1

Senior Session to pick up your proof book and referral

cards. I will collect the rep cards I receive from sessions I book. Once we complete your 2

photo session,

all referral cards I have collected will go towards your print order.

PROMOTION

Please show your Proof Book to everyone! Some of your friends will like certain styles, and some will prefer

others. That is why variety is so important in your clothing for the shoot. As you show the book to your

friends, freely pass out your business cards and ask them to consider Audrey Litfin Photography for their

senior portrait experience.

When you are asked about cost, just refer them to me – that’s the good part! Stress the fact that you get

what you pay for.

Remind them it is critical that they bring your photo business card with them when they come in for their

session or pre-shoot consultation. No card = no credit! This is my way of knowing that you are doing a good

job and evaluating the effectiveness of the student representative program.
