Once you accept transfer, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer

for warranty repair or replacement. Any returns to 3G Tactical after accepting transfer from the

receiving dealer will be subject to a 15% restock fee, no exceptions. A 15% restocking fee will be

assessed on any order cancellations as well. All returns and/or exchanges must have prior approval. All

returns must be in original condition as they left 3G Tactical. All or any freight charges involved in the

return are the sole responsibility of the customer.
