No other form of deposit is accepted.

I understand that if my bid is not accepted my deposit will be returned. I understand that if my bid is

accepted I will be notified by mail. Acceptance of my bid creates a binding contract which obligates me

to remit the balance of my bid amount to the Rusk County Clerk within 30 days of the date of notification

of acceptance. Failure to remit the balance of the purchase price within 30 days is a breach of the

agreement. Upon breach, Rusk County may retain my deposit as liquidated damages or the county may,

at its option, return my deposit and commence an action against me to recover actual damages attributable

to my breach. I understand that I will pay the cost of recording the quit claim deed in Rusk County,

Wisconsin and I will remit a separate check for the cost of same, made payable to Rusk County Register

of Deeds at the same time I remit the balance of my bid. The cost of recording will be made known to

me by the County Clerk by mail.
