15. Grievances concerning the number of positions to be filled, or the grade level at which
positions are advertised or filled.

into by an employee that: (a) assigns the employee from one geographical location to another or
(b) returns an employee from an overseas assignment.

Separation of employees with less than 1 year of current continuous employment
