By signing above, vacating tenants are relinquishing their portion of the SECURITY DEPOSIT to the property
as a whole and releasing Chinook Properties Inc. from any liability. The vacating tenant(s) must seek
compensation for any monies paid from the remaining tenants. Tenants are responsible for any unpaid rents,
damages, etc. thru the remainder of the lease agreement or this 30 Day Change of Tenancy Notice based on
rental contract.
IF a BALANCE is owed on the property account, vacating tenants will not be released from responsibility or
removed from the lease until that balance is paid in full. Additionally, no new tenants may be added until the
balance is paid in full.
