JOB SUMMARY
Applies to all activities and guidelines for operations performed. This job description shall be reviewed on a
regular basis.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Prepare quotation according to the Quotation Request Form 720-04-0. Do the translations during the
quotation preparation process if needed.
Schedule appointments, meeting existing customers to review product, also to determine other
opportunities.
Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting customers physically on a daily basis.
Liaising between the company and the customers for up-to date condition on pricing, service and latest
product release.
Generating and developing non-member businesses account to increase revenue, though cold calling.
Continuously updating all customers n company product modifications, changes and enhancements
Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity and tact to portray the company in a positive
professional matter.
Effectively attend conferences and trade shows.
Using marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales
management tools.
Providing product quotes to customers and needed.
Ensuring follow-up after passing leads to managers with complete profile customer information, calls-
to action, sources, dates.
Must possess extensive Labor Market Information; be familiar with Oil Field updates.
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform other duties as assigned. Regardless of other duties, has a responsibility to follow

production, safety, and quality procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Capable of preserving confidential or sensitive information
Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills
Special people skills to deal with customers and an outbound personality
Able to recruit new customers, establish relationships
