Customer acknowledges that Customer will either obtain access to the Telephone Number Suppression files on

its own behalf, or if Customer will not obtain access to Telephone Number Suppression Files, Customer will only

make calls for the limited purposes permitted by law.

Neither That List Lady nor any of its directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, licensors or affiliate

companies will be liable to Customer for any loss or injury arising out of, or caused in whole or in part from its

provision of any information.
