I hereby license, consent to and authorise Edith Cowan University (“ECU”) to use, reproduce, copy,

communicate, exhibit, broadcast, screen and distribute (in full or in part), for the Purpose, any

photographs or videos or recordings in any other format whatsoever of my image and movements

and/or recordings of my voice or transcriptions of such recordings (in full or in part). Unless otherwise

agreed in writing the preceding rights granted to ECU shall be perpetual, royalty free and worldwide

and shall include a right to sublicense.

I warrant to ECU that there are no restrictions, whether under statute, contract or otherwise, which

would preclude me from making the above license to ECU. I release and indemnify ECU and the

Producer from and against any claims arising from any breach of this warranty and the exercise of any

right purportedly granted under this Deed.
