E-Statement Disclosure Agreement
E-Statements versus Paper Statements
You may remove your accounts from E-Statements and receive paper statements at any time.
You may not receive both E-Statements and paper statements at the same time.
Your authorization will only apply to accounts listed on the authorization form.
If at any time while receiving e-statements you would like to request a paper statement you may
do so at our office however, duplicate statements fees will apply.
Accessing E-Statements
We will send your statements to the email address you provided on the authorization
form for each statement period.
Joint Account Holders
If any of the joint holders of an account enroll the account in E-Statements, that account
holder will receive E-Statements for the account, and paper statements will no longer be
sent for the account. If the other joint account holders wish to receive a statement they
must also enroll in E-Statements for the account.
If a joint account holder wishes to receive paper statements again, all of the account
holders on the account must select paper statements before E-Statements will be
replaced with paper statements
Statement Inserts
Any legal inserts (policy changes, account notices, privacy information, etc) will be included with
your E-Statements or provided in a separate mailing.
Computer Requirements
You will need a computer with internet browser software and adobe Acrobat Reader to access
you E-Statements.
You will need a valid email address enrolled to receive your E-Statement
You will need a printer if you choose to print your E-Statement.
