Train Display Campaign

The Bartlesville Rotary Club is spearheading a public fundraising campaign to

complete the Depot Train Display to commemorate the club’s 100th anniversary.

The expansion and improvements to the display include the addition of a century-

old oil tank car, further restoration inside the caboose, a video kiosk next to the depot

visitor information center, and new benches and display panels.

Your Thank You for Donating

A paver brick recognition area is being created directly in front of locomotive No. 940 to

thank campaign donors. Donors provide their personalized brick inscriptions. All dona-

tions are managed by the Bartlesville Community Foundation and are tax-deductible.

Donors will be acknowledged in the following manner:

Donations of $250 or more receive a 4×8-inch inscribed brick.

Donations of $500 or more receive an 8×8-inch inscribed brick.

Donations of $1,000 or more receive a 12×12-inch inscribed brick.

Each donor of $250 and above also will receive a T-shirt bearing

a photo of locomotive No. 940.

Any contributor giving $100-$249 will receive a 940 T-shirt.
