Directions:
1. Select a favorite book-it can be one
from home or the library.
2. Read the story several times and think
about the important events of the story.
3. Put objects or create pictures or other
items to show important events in a
paper bag.
4. Practice re-telling the story using the
objects in the bag.
Students will sign up to present their book
report to the class the week of January 17-20,
2011.
Students will NOT be reading the whole
story to the class, objects in the bag will be
used to re-tell the story.
Students will need to
say the book title and author to begin their
presentation.
