To Said Honorable Court:

The applicant, Susan Johnson, resides and has her domicile in Bexar County,

Texas. Applicant is a person interested in said estate by reason of being a niece of

James A. Young and a co-personal representative under his will dated

December 9, 1999.

James A. Young is dead. He died at the age of 87 years in Bexar County,

Texas, on December 16, 2002 at 10:20 a.m. Four years have not elapsed since

James A. Young’s death and prior to this application.

At the time of his death, James A. Young had his domicile and fixed place of

residence in Bexar County, Texas.

This Court has jurisdiction of this proceeding and said estate under the

provisions of Sections 4 and 5 of the Texas Probate Code, and it has venue under

Section 6 of the Texas Probate Code because James A. Young was domiciled in
