What this job is really like:
This role involves gathering, maintaining and analysing data to provide marketing and/or marketing
effectiveness intelligence and insight to strategy and marketing colleagues to maximise the impact of customer
segmentation, Go-To-Market strategies and marketing campaigns. You will be involved in communicating
insight and recommendations to colleagues, and leading planning efforts to implement initiatives resulting from
insights

Insight Generation
Using internal and external sources to gather business and

Analysing research data to deliver relevant insight and business
intelligence
Collating and presenting information from multiple sources in a
logical way and producing outputs that are meaningful and
readily applicable to the business.
Proposition Management
Engaging with key internal & external stakeholders to design and
maintain market leading propositions & proposition categories
Leveraging insights from business data to design targeted
campaigns to deliver against Op Plan and Distribution Strategy
priorities

Reporting to a member of the Sales & Marketing Management
3-5 Years Experience operating in an
team, this role has significant responsibility for implementation of
insight, strategic planning or relevant
the organisation's marketing strategy
