The minimum contribution amount to a CHET account is $25. Contributions are permitted by personal checks (excluding starter checks, credit

card convenience checks and counter checks), bank drafts, teller’s checks and checks issued by a financial institution payable to the account

owner and endorsed over to the Plan, and third-party personal checks up to $10,000. Checks must be drawn on a banking institution located in

the U.S. and must be payable in U.S. dollars.

Ask the account owner for the account number you should use for your gift, and list it on the form.
