SUMMARY   O F   P OSITION:   D ishwasher’s   p rimary   o bjective   i s   t o   p rovide   a  
clean   a nd   s afe   k itchen   a rea   f or   o ur   s taff.   M ust   w ash   a nd   c lean   t ableware,   p ots,  
pans   a nd   c ooking   e quipment.   K eep   t he   d ish   r oom   a nd   e quipment   c lean   a nd  
organized.    
 
 
DUTIES   &   R ESPONSIBILITIES:    
 
Maintains   a   G UEST   f ocus   w hile   p erforming   d uties.    
Assumes   1 00%   r esponsibility   f or   t he   c leanliness   o f   d ishware.    
Load,   r un   a nd   u nload   d ish   m achine.    
Monitor   d ish   m achine   w ater   t emperature   a nd  
detergent/sanitizer/chemical   l evels   t o   e nsure   s anitary   w ash   c ycle.    
Keep   t he   d ish   m achine   c lean   a nd   r eport   a ny   f unctional   o r   m echanical  
problems   t o   t he   k itchen   m anager   i mmediately.    
Properly   w ashes,   s anitizes   a nd   s tores   a ll   t ableware   a nd   k itchenware.    
Maintain   a dequate   l evels   o f   c lean   t ableware   f or   d ining   r oom   a nd   k itchen.    
Handle   t ableware   c arefully   t o   p revent   b reakage   a nd   l oss.    
Maintain   a dequate   l evels   o f   d ish   d etergents   a nd   c leaning   s upplies.    
Keep   d ish   r oom,   f ood   p reparation   a nd   p roduction   a reas   c lean   a nd  
organized   a s   r equired,
