Thus, it may be seen that before initiating the registration process, the Sub-Registrar may
access the digital data about details of ownership from the Taluk computer centre to
verify relevant details of transactions to be registered.
So both the offices require the data from each other. Hence, in order to streamline the
processes as mentioned above, both the offices have to be computerized and integrated
for facilitating electronic data interchange.
