5 = exceptional: informative and comprehensive
1. There is substantial information that is appropriate to the content. The abstract is formatted using the five (5)
headings: Introduction OR Rationale, Objectives, Methods OR Approach, Results OR Practice Implications,
Conclusions. For research, results can include projected or preliminary data, if data not yet compiled. For
extended sessions, method of facilitating the interactive component of the session is clearly described.

active not passive voice, avoids use of personal
pronouns).
