PERFORMANCE CONTRACT

This Contract for Musical Performance is between the Saint Joseph String Trio or Quartet and

Contracting Party, ______________________________. The musical group of choice is the

G Delta Rose Band (pop music).

The negotiated price for the performance is $_________, with 50% deposit due upon booking

and the balance due 1 week before event.

The Saint Joseph Ensembles reserve the right to cancel performances or substitute ensembles

within 1 week of service due to unforseen trouble such as unexpected illness, disasters, or failure

to provide timely payment. Every effort will be made to accommodate the booking party and

provide adequate and timely service. Requests for special selections of music or accompanying

soloists must be made at least 2 weeks prior to event. Booking party is responsible for providing

any special sheet music that may be needed to complete the request. The ensembles will not be

able to perform out-of-doors in rainy weather or temperatures below 50 degrees. The length of

performance is approximately 1 hour. Longer playing times will require additional funding.

For wedding performances, please make your music selections 2 weeks prior to the event.
