established   g rievance   p rocess   f or   d isputes   a bout   c ompetitive   e vent   r esults/processes   ( including   p ersonally  
confronting   j udges   o r   e vent   a dministrators);   u sing   t obacco   p roducts   o utside   o f   l ocal   s chool   d istrict   p olicies  
and   s tate   l aw;   h aving   a   m ember   o f   t he   o pposite   s ex   i n   a   r oom   i f   n o   a dult   c haperone   i s   p resent   a nd   t he   r oom  
door   i s   n ot   v isibly   o pen   ( e.g..   t he   d oor   m ay   b e   p ropped   w ide   o pen);   h aving   a   d elegate   o r   a dvisor   o f   t he

charges   ( i.e.   p hone   c alls,   r oom   s ervice,   p ay-­‐per-­‐view   m ovies,   e tc.)   w ithout   s ettling   t he   a ccount   p rior   t o   c heck-­‐
out;   t hrowing   o bjects   o ut   t he   w indow   o r   i nto   t he   h allway;   m oving   h otel   f urniture   f rom   r ooms   ( e.g.,   o nto   t he  
balcony);   f ailing   t o   f ollow   h otel   r ules   a nd   r egulations.  
 
13.   Social   M edia   &   O nline   P resence:   I n   t he   o nline   e nvironment,   s tudents   m ust   f ollow   T he   C alifornia   D ECA   C ode   o f
