Preferential Parking Request Petition Form

To request the establishment of a Preferential Parking Zone, signatures must be obtained to fulfill the following requirements:

1. At least two-thirds (67%) of the proposed zone’s residential dwellings must be represented; and

2. At least one-half (50%) of the property adjacent to the proposed zone must be represented.

Only one signature per dwelling unit will be considered. The actual hours that the preferential parking zone will be in effect will be determined by the Santa
