In conjunction with the City of Charlotte’s Housing Subsidy Programs, we are hereby making

application for one of the following programs (See HouseCharlotte Program Overview):

Program

1-A.

Criteria: 80 percent or below of Median Income is $52,100 or less for a family of four.

1-B.

Criteria: Above 80 to 110 percent of Median Income is $52,100.01 to $70,500 for a

family of four.

Criteria: 60 percent or below of Median Income is $39,100 or less for a family of four;

specialized neighborhoods only.

Program will be used to provide Police Officers with subsidy to purchase a house in

transitioning or challenged neighborhoods.
