with unfulfilled service requirements will not receive their diploma until the requirements are fulfilled. Students are responsible for keeping track

of their hours and turning this form in on time. Service opportunities can be found on the Campus Ministry page of the website, the Green and

Gold, special in-school announcements, parish bulletins, and individual research.
