There is a 25 person minimum for delivered catered events and a 50 person minimum for full
service events. For Full Service catering there will be a deposit of 50% due at the time of
booking and final 50% will be due 14 days before the event. A 15% to 20% gratuity/service fee
will be automatically added to the bill for all catered events depending on the type of service
provided.
