POTPOURRI
Married to Bridget C. Jones, Ph.D., Professor of Sociology, founder and director of
Women’s Studies Program, Nazareth College of Rochester. Professor Valentine’s
primary scholarly interests include Women’s Studies and Sociology of the Arts.
Travel experiences since 1975 have included extensive meandering for purposes of study
and for pleasure throughout central and eastern Europe, the Mediterranean, and North
Africa.
