Students eligible to reserve Watson Hall must submit this form within the following dates for a spring recital:
Second Year Graduate and Professional Artist Certificate students: August 26 – October 25, 2013
First Year Graduate students: October 9 – November 26, 2013
Senior (4th Year) Undergraduate students: November 4 – December 20, 2013
Any student with a required degree recital may book Watson Hall during the Fall Semester at any time during the semester.

Repertoire should be given to the Accompanist immediately!
Students must submit program information electronically, using the template provided, no later than three weeks
prior to their recital. The School of Music will print 50 programs for each required recital. Students who wish to
give a non-required recital will be responsible for printing their own programs.
The School of Music does not provide stage crew assistance for student recitals. Students who wish to have stage
crew assistance should enlist the help of other students in their studio. The major teacher may assist in making
these assignments.
A change in recital date or repertoire MUST be approved by the teacher and the accompanist through completion
of a revised Student Recital Request Form no later than four weeks before the date of the recital.
