player contracts, medical release, parent/guardian information such as street address, phone
numbers, general comments and emergency information. This book will be made available at
weigh-in 30 minutes before game time to the weigh master from the opposing team.
7. At least two members of the coaching staff must carry verification of First Aid /CPR certification
and each coach must complete the online ACTive Concussion Training program.
8. If an injured player cannot get up on his/her own power, emergency medical aid will be
summoned.
9. If a grievance is filed, it must be filed by the association president and emailed or faxed to a
division president by the Monday following the game in question. Division presidents will decide
appropriate action to be taken.
10. Team rosters submitted to the league at verification will be final and no additions will be
accepted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a forfeiture of all games said player
participated in, and disciplinary action to head coach of said team.
