Background Check Instructions for Arlington TX

Step 1: Complete the attached AISD Service Contractor application and submit it to your program

supervisor with a copy of your Driver’s License, they will be sent into the Arlington Independent School

District by your supervisor

Step 3: Complete the attached FAST form

Step 4: Schedule fingerprinting at or by calling 1(800)467-2080

Step 5: Take completed FAST form and valid Driver’s License or photo ID with you when you get

fingerprinted

Step 6: Your supervisor will notify you when you are cleared to begin working

Cost: $44.20

Remember that employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
