On any given day, half the people in the U.S. consume sugary drinks; 1 in 4 get at least 200 calories from such drinks; and 5 percent get at least
567 calories—equivalent to four cans of soda. To help reduce this trend, AISD’s e-Wellness Team invites you to participate in the H2O Challenge.

Collect a prize! Everyone who participates
will receive an e-Wellness water bottle. Your
name will also be entered into a drawing

Platinum – 225 or more glasses
Gold – 200 to 225 total glasses
Silver – 175 to 200 total glasses
Bronze – under 175 glasses
