SUPPORT FOR CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS

As indicated in Section 5.5.1.1 of the ITP, each Proposer shall indicate (a) a schedule of Support
for Corridor Improvements offered by Proposer to the Department, as set forth in Form J-2, Box
1 and (b) the present value of such Support for Corridor Improvements, as set forth in Form J-2,
Box 2. Further details on the payment terms of the Support for Corridor Improvements are
detailed in Exhibit J to the Agreement.
