Please understand the importance of the Mandatory Costume Check night.

We will have one night with the Mandatory Costume Check night, where the kids will

WEAR the items that YOU are to provide. (Shoes, socks, undergarments, shirts/blouses,

Munchkin costume, red shoes….ect.) We will also have ONE makeup night, in case

they were sick, or a family issue, as we understand that these things can come up. If

you do not complete your Ensemble costumes by the makeup night, we have no choice,

and your child/teen will be dropped from the show. Our Costume Designers work more

than 40 hours a week, and when they are available to come on a Monday night, it is

important that all of the participants come prepared that night, and make it a priority as

well. Thank you in advance for understanding your commitment!

Please sign this Costume Agreement, showing that you understand Mandatory Costume

Night, and that your child/teen will come dressed and prepared on that evening.
