Final Construction Contractor Selection Criteria and Ranking
There are many important factors to consider in selecting a construction contractor in
addition to the most responsible bidder with the lowest cost estimate. Use this simple
worksheet in conjunction with the ABAG PLAN Contractor Self-Assessment contained in
the ABAG PLAN Risk Management Manual, to rank contractors based on the relative
importance of the criteria to each project.
