2. No application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative is pending or has been granted in
any jurisdiction.
3. The affiant is successor in interest to said vehicle and is entitled to delivery of the above listed property.
4. All taxes and debts of the estate have been paid or otherwise provided for or are barred by limitations.
Please note, the following documentation is required to process this Affidavit:
1. Copy of the decedent’s death certificate.
2. Copy of the decedent’s unprobated will, naming the applicant as beneficiary of the referenced vehicle.
