3. Tenant or his/her guests and invitees shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience

other tenants of the building, neighbors, the LANDLORD or his agents, or workmen nor

violate any law, nor commit or permit waste or nuisance in or about the premises.

4. No pets shall occupy the apartment nor shall animals be brought on the premises.

5. Tenants shall not lease, sublease, or assign the premises without the prior written consent of

the Landlord (but this consent shall not be withheld unreasonably).

6. In a dispute between the Landlord and Tenant which gives rise to any action in court, the

losing party will pay the court costs and reasonable attorney fees of the successful party.
