Minister Emeritus Blank Certificate

Minister Emeritus Certificate Instructions:

The certificate on the second page of this document can print it out using a color printer (a laser printer

would be best).

It is designed to be printed on high-quality blank paper stock (8.5 x 11). The margins of this certificate

also allow for use with pre-bordered certificate paper, like you might find at an art supply store or printing

business.

Then, congregational leaders can fill in the blanks on the certificate. These include:

• Name of local congregation

• City and State names of community

• First and Last name of person receiving the certificate

• Month, Day, and Year this certificate is awarded

• Signatures of Board Chair, Eldership Chair, and Diaconate Chair (or equivalent)

Arts and Craft supply stores, such as Michaels, or picture framing business, will likely also have a selection of

pre-made certificate frames in which you can put the completed certificate before presentation.
