receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby, transfer our whole title to and interest in the ship above particularly

described, and in the boats, tackle and other appurtenances belonging of the said ship to the BUYERS.

FURTHER WE, the SELLERS for ourselves and our successors covenant with the BUYERS and their assigns, that we

have power to transfer the said Ship and title thereto in manner aforesaid and that the same is free from all debts,

encumbrances and maritime liens whatsoever.
