contained   i n   s aid   C ommercial   L ease,   o r   a ny   e xtension   o r   r enewal   t hereof,   a nd   a gree   t hat   a ny  

forbearance,   m odifications,   waivers,   amendment,   releases,   postponements,   either   of   payment   or  

enforcement   of   a ny   r ights   a gainst   a ny   p arty,   o r   r elease   o f   a ny   s ecurity   s hall   n ot   a ffect   t he   u ndersigned  

Guarantor(s)   a bsolute   a nd   u nconditional   l iability   h ereunder.   T he   u ndersigned   G uarantor(s)   w aives  

notice   o f   a ny   o f   t he   f oregoing   c hanges.   T he   u ndersigned   h ereby   w aives   a ny   a nd   a ll   d efenses   b ased   o n  

the   l aw   o f   s urety   s hip.  

 

Demand,   n otice   o f   d efault   o r   o f   n onpayment   a re   h ereby   w aived   a nd   i t   i s   a greed   t hat   t he   s aid   L andlord  

under   t he   s aid   C ommercial   L ease   m ay   p roceed   f irst   a gainst   t he   G uarantor(s)   w ithout   f irst   p roceeding  

against   t he   s aid   T enant   u nder   t he   s aid   R esidential   L ease.   I f   L andlord   e mploys   c ounsel   t o   e nforce   t his  

Guaranty,   Guarantor(s)   will   reimburse   Landlord   for   all   attorney's   fees,   costs   and   expenses   incurred.  

This   Personal   Guaranty   shall   be   binding   upon   the   heirs,   administrators,   executors   and   assigns   of   the  

undersigned   G uarantors.
