grease interceptors, and sand/oil separators. City code requires all pumping and
maintenance records to be kept on site at all times.

ECORDS
All Traps, Interceptors and Separators shall be maintained by the user in efficient
operating condition at all times. Written records and documentation of all
cleaning, repair, calibration, and maintenance shall be maintained at the facility
for a minimum of three (3) years and be made available upon request.
