1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION and PROPOSAL. Must be a minimum of two full typed

pages. Should briefly describe what the proposed project will do and how it will be

measured or assessed. (____/10 points, based on quality)

2. MEETING AGENDAS and MINUTES. Must post agendas and minutes for all in-class

and out-of-class meetings. Be sure to note in the minutes which group members were

present at the meeting. (____/10 points)

3. COMMUNICATION MESSAGES, ADVERTISEMENTS, and FUNDRAISING

MATERIALS. All relevant messages, advertisement, and/or fundraising materials used

during the project should be posted to the website. (____/5 points, based on quality)

4. VIDEO. Must be a minimum of one minute in length. Should illustrate how the project

was carried out and measured or assessed. Can show both behind-the-scenes preparation

as well as actual implementation of the project. Should include both visual and audio

elements. Video must be able to be played on a PC. (____/15 points, based on quality)
