INVENTORY AND PAYMENT
1.
The retail price of the patterns consigned will be set by the designer and will not be changed by Yarnia
without the designer’s consent.
2.
Yarnia’s percentage of the retail price will be 25%. The designer’s percentage of the retail price will be
75%.

3.
Payments for patterns sold will be made via Paypal by the 15
of each month, for the previous month’s
sales. If total sales for a given designer within one month do not total more than $20, the balance will be
carried forward to the next month.
4.
Yarnia is not responsible for paying or deducting any taxes on pattern sales. The designer is responsible
for paying taxes on all income derived from his/her pattern sales.
5.
Designer assumes responsibility for the accuracy and clarity of the patterns submitted, and must provide
a valid email address to be published along with the pattern, that customers may use, should they have
any questions about the pattern.
6.
All patterns must be the original work of the designer.
7.
Yarnia reserves the right to make minor formatting/mechanical/grammatical changes to the text of the
pattern, if necessary.
CONSIGNMENT PERIOD
1.
Patterns will be initially consigned by Yarnia for a period of six months. After six months, both parties
may choose to reevaluate the agreement and choose to either continue, or discontinue, carrying the
pattern in the shop.
