Owner agrees to consign the above horse to Leone Equestrians Inc. for sale for a period

of __________ days from the date of this agreement, and agrees to accept $ _________

in full payment for the horse. Leone Equestrians Inc. has the option to purchase the horse

at this price at any time during this agreement.

Leone Equestrians Inc. upon accepting the horse, will make reasonable effort to sell it,

but does not guarantee a sale. It is expressly understood that Leone Equestrians Inc. will

deduct 15% of the purchase price as a consideration for its services. All offers will be

presented to the horse’s owner before accepting or refusing.

Upon sale of the horse and payment therefore, owner agrees to deliver signed registration

and or any other document necessary for transfer of ownership.

Leone Equestrians Inc., agrees to take reasonable care of the horse, but shall not be held

in any way responsible for loss or injury to the horse.

The terms of board, training, veterinary services, and shoeing, or other special terms are

as follows

NOTE; HORSE WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL

Leone Equestrians Inc., has the right to terminate this agreement at any time after the date

hereof by giving 10 days notice to the owner.

Owner hereby warrants title to said horse and agrees to defend said title against all

adverse claims, and further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Leone Equestrians Inc.

from any and all claims, costs, expenses, including attorney’s fees incurred as a result of

any action or claim by purchaser of said animal.
