BEHAVIOR CONTRACT

This contract outlines the conduct expectation of all the children who attend the summer

camp. Please review this with your child, sign and return prior to or by the day of

orientation.

Participants will:

Show respect to all participants and staff

Take direction from staff

Use appropriate language at all times

Refrain from causing bodily harm to self, other participants and staff

Show respect to equipment, supplies and facilities

If your child is acting inappropriately, we will explore the problem and assist the child in

demonstrating appropriate behavior. If this is ineffective, we will:

Submit a “report” to the parents using the Parent Daily Communication form.

A conversation will take place with the group leader and director to discuss

further action if necessary

If inappropriate behavior continues, and the child receives three reports during the camp

program, then:

The child will be suspended from camp for one day

If the problem continues, the child will no longer be allowed to continue participating in

the camp.
