Declaration on file and and being fully informed, pursuant to the Servicemembers Civil
Relief Act, the Court finds and orders that:
(1)
The Military Service Declaration shows that Plaintiff/Petitioner does not know
Defendant/Respondent’s military service status. The clerk shall enter
Defendant/Respondent’s default, and Plaintiff/Petitioner:
does not need to file a bond;
OR
must file a bond in the amount of $_________________.
(2)
The Military Service Declaration shows that Defendant/Respondent is in
military service and the court appoints ________________________________ to
represent Defendant/Respondent.
(3)
The Military Service Declaration shows that Defendant/Respondent is not in
military service and Plaintiff/Petitioner may proceed with the default judgment.
(4)
The Military Service Declaration is insufficient and the Motion for Entry of
Default is denied.
