I am writing this as a one month’s written notice to vacate the property which I currently rent from

you. Please accept this as a written notice in tune to the provisions laid out in the contract letter and

the tenancy agreement as my intention to vacate the property on or before 17th November 2013.

From my part, I will clean the premises of the house to make it sure that it is clean and in proper order.

Please instruct me if you have any instructions in this regard or concerned with any other matter

related to my vacating the house well before. Let me meet you at the property on the last day before

handing you the keys in order to help you to check the property in my presence itself and thus the

final agreement on the property can be agreed upon. Please make it a point to contact me to confirm

a mutually convenient day and time.

As you are aware, and in accordance to the tenancy deposit protection provisions, you will need to

return my security deposit to me within 10 days, however, if you are able to return this to me anytime

sooner it would be greatly appreciated.
