Complete the Scope of Work in Section II below with the headings/labels as
indicated. Use complete sentences except for where there is a list. Do not
use bullets. Instead, either number or use letters within each section. This
way the Master Contractors can refer to a specific section which helps both
your team and the Master Contractors as they propose. The TORFP Section
6.0 indicates general requirements; therefore, you do not need to expound on
anything already shown in Section 6.0. Simply document specific
requirements that you know you need for your audit.
An example is: The Master Contractors when proposing must follow an order
when describing their Detailed Work Plan. Example: Phases I through V.
This is for the Agency’s ease in review. They also understand that any report
