Job description:

An Italian multinational construction company operating in Abu Dhabi (United Arab

Emirates) offers 6 months internship based in their site offices in the UAE.

During the internship the trainee will have the opportunity to develop his/her own

project based on their daily activities. At the end of the internship, the project outcome

will be presented to the management of the function he is reporting to.

The daily activities will typically entail assisting Plant Department personnel with the

operation and maintenance of TBMs, tunneling and associated mechanical equipment;

organizing and planning work and the relevant resources; assisting with the production of

drawings for temporary fabrication works, method statements and Risk Assessments;

and assisting the safety department to ensure that safety standards and procedures are

maintained.

Candidate profile:

Student with a degree in Mechanical Engineering

Excellent results during the university

•

Fluent written and spoken English

•

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products

•
