HEAD CIRCUMFERENCE (HAT SIZE)
NECK CIRCUMFERENCE (DRESS SHIRT COLLAR)
CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE

HIP CIRCUMFERENCE
SLEEVE LENGTH (DRESS SHIRT)

Head Circumference:
Taken around the head, above the ears at the widest point.
Neck Circumference:
Taken around the base of the neck following the collar bone at the front.
Chest Circumference:
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping tape under arms and around
shoulder blades. Lower arms before reading the measurement.
Waist Circumference:
Taken around the body at the belt line. Loosen belt and waist band of the pants to
take a precise measurement (inside the waist band.)
Hip Circumference:
Stand with heels together and measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Sleeve Length:
Hold a tape measure from the base of the neck to the shoulder and down the arm to
the break of the wrist. Arm should hang loose, bent 90° at the elbow.
Inseam Measurement:
Taken from close up in crotch to midway on the heel of the foot.
Height Measurement:
Taken without shoes on. Stand straight against a wall, measure from top of head
to floor.
