This contract represents the complete terms and conditions between __________________ (“client”) and Sa’diyya.

Sa’diyya shall provide:

a) ___ dancer(s) for a performance on _________________________ at the below specified location:

b) The total performance time shall be (example):

one performance set for the duration of 25-30 minutes.

c) The performance shall include finger cymbals and props (such as veils, swords, cane, and candles).

d) The performer will encourage audience participation through dancing and tipping. Guests of honor(s) may be

invited onto the stage to dance, but the performer will not force those who are uninterested in participating.

e) The performer shall provide music in the form of a CD.

The client shall provide:

a) Payment in the amount of $ _250__.

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $50 is required to secure your date. This can be made with

check payable to Sa’diyya (mail to ...) or through Paypal ( – merchant

). The balance must be paid in full (cash or check) on the date of the

performance when Sa’diyya arrives to the venue and before the performance. The client can pay in full

with check or through Paypal at the same time the deposit is made, totaling $250 (add $10 for payments

made through Paypal due to a 5% service charge on part of Paypal).

b) A safe and adequate space for the performer shall be provided. This includes a floor or stage space that is free of broken

glass, spilled liquids, or other hazardous objects. This also includes an environment that is free of harassment of a sexual

nature or otherwise. If the performers deem the environment unsafe for the above reasons, they may leave without rendering

services. In that case, the client will still be responsible for paying the full amount.

c) A sound system with CD playing capabilities shall be provided, preferably in the same room in which the performance is to

take place. The sound system is an important part of the show and should be tested prior to the arrival of the performers.

Louder is better.

d) The client shall communicate any special suggestions or requests prior to the beginning of the performance. The

performance has been carefully choreographed and it is difficult to make changes once the performance has begun. Be

assured that, if appropriate, audience participation song(s) will be included.

e) Often the performers will have more than one engagement per night, so it is important that the show start at the agreed upon

time. If the performers are required to start more than 15 minutes late, an extra charge of $50 will apply per 15 minute

intervals after the first 15 minutes. In some cases, lateness may result in a shorter show or constitute a breach of contract on

the part of the client.

A private space will be provided for the performer(s) to change clothes and to store their bags while performing.
