Hi Folks,

I am writing tonight to say hello and let you know that your kids will be playing for Team Name in

the Bayside Little League AAA Division this year. By now you may have received a few e-mail

messages with information about the season. I am writing to send along a season schedule and some

important information. If you don’t have a schedule please let me know. I’ll have printed copies

with me at our first few practices and games.

I want to start off by saying thank you to the parents that have volunteered to help with our team

this year. Name, Name and Name have all volunteered to coach and others have offered to help

out when they can. I really appreciate it and encourage any parents to join in during practice. You

don’t need to know baseball- just helping out with crowd control can be a big help too.

Here a few dates to keep in mind

Saturday April 23 – Field Cleanup Day, Perry Field (in the park adjacent to the Kiwanis Pool

between Douglas Street and St James Street please come help get the field ready for the season.

We will be getting started at 9:00 am. The field is in pretty good shape but needs a little touch up

to have clean, safe and ready for the season. The cleanup does not take long, please come along and

help if you can.

Saturday April __- Our first Practice will be at LOCATION Field at TIME

Saturday April 30 - Will Be Opening Day Ceremony at 8:30 am in Payson Park. We will also be

taking team pictures that day at Presumpscot Elementary School. I’ll let you know the time as soon

as it is set.

It looks like we’ll have ___ kids on the team this year. ___ returning from last year along with four

new faces. I am looking forward to getting started.
