PRE-LEASE DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

Applicant has paid to Management a Pre-Lease deposit of:

($1,000.00 or 1 Month’s rent whichever is greater)

For the Property Located at:

Applicant and Management agree to the following terms regarding this lease deposit:

1. Applicant has walked through the property and reviewed the 33rd Company Lease, building rules and

addendums and agrees to enter into the lease, pending applicant meeting rental acceptance guidelines

established by Management, and disclosed to applicant.

2. If the Applicant does not meet the established Rental Acceptance criteria, Management may refund the

lease deposit within seven business days and the lease will be cancelled. Application fees are not

refundable.

3. If the Applicant meets the Rental Acceptance but fails to pay the balance of the move in rent and security

deposit by the beginning of the lease, or does not sign the lease when requested by Management,

Management may cancel the lease application and the lease deposit received becomes non-refundable.
