TN/VA Scholars Volunteer Service Hours

Each student is required to complete a minimum

80 hours

of Volunteer Service over the four years

they attend high school.

All hours must be completed and this form submitted to your school

counselor

no later than

January 15 of your Senior year. Qualified hours may not include required

activities nor may they receive a grade or pay.

Failure to adhear to this policy will automatically disqualify you from the program.
